2020
- CU Boulder Staff Council responds to campus's decision to extend testing to staff members.
- CU Boulder Staff Council would like to thank all who participated in the Staff Council Speaker Series on the Infrastructure and Sustainability Mentor Program. If you were unable to attend, the event was recorded and can be viewed at the following link.
- We want to take a few moments to thank you for your work, your commitment to this campus and its community, and the resiliency you continue to display. This time has challenged us all. From working remote to feeling like the work never ends, we want to acknowledge each and every one of you for your service to CU.
- During this unprecedented time while entering the Fall 2020 semester, be sure to stay up-to-date with CU Athletics.
- Simultaneous to CU Boulder’s campus opening this fall, school districts across the state are implementing various opening policies that could abruptly change. We understand this uncertainty adds stress on CU Boulder staff who are parents or guardians of toddlers and/or K-12 students. CU Boulder Human Resources has provided the following guidance.
- Explore languages and cultures virtually with ALTEC! Enter to win a free class in American Sign Language, French, German, Italian, Japanese or Spanish.
- Online registration is now open for the Infrastructure and Sustainability Mentor Program (ISMP). Entering its ninth year, the ISMP is designed to provide CU Boulder staff an opportunity for both professional and personal development through a variety of self-directed activities as mentor team participants.
- Join Staff Council for a bingo game night! Since we can’t be together in person, we want to bring together people interested in some virtual fun and games!
- "CU Blood Drive Week" is moving off campus to Vitalant’s Boulder and Westminster donation centers August 22 – September 6. Donors who send a photo of themselves wearing CU-logoed apparel during their donation visit can enter a raffle to win one of four Amazon gift cards.
- As promised, we can now share the answers to the CU trivia questions from our June newsletter.
