The Renée Crown Wellness Institute of CU Boulder invites CU Boulder faculty and staff to participate in the Mindful Campus Program, an 8-week series co-designed by undergraduate students.

Join us in mindful community as we reset, care for our minds and bodies, learn accessible techniques to promote wellness, and just be. We welcome all sexual identities, races, ethnicities, nationalities, neurotypes, education majors/levels, identities, and self-identification. **Our first class will be in-person at the Crown Institute to introduce ourselves and build connections among new and old friends. We'll then switch our subsequent sessions to Zoom for your convenience.
