Student Conduct & Conflict Resolution (SCCR) will publish annual student conduct statistics beginning with records from the 2021-22 academic year. While we cannot share details of individual conduct cases, we are committed to being transparent about the conduct process and student outcomes as a whole. SCCR's goal is to educate the campus and Boulder community to help the relationships between neighbors and students thrive.
This annual statistics summary outlines the types and number of violations that were referred to SCCR involving students' off-campus conduct, the low frequency of repeat offenses and CU Boulder's response to the violations. When a CU Boulder student is identified and found responsible of a violation under the Student Code of Conduct, they may be assigned resolution outcomes based on the level of the violation and the student's responsibility.
