In-Person/Hybrid Instruction Resumes Oct. 14

With sincere gratitude for the outstanding work of our student body, we will transition from our temporary remote teaching mode and resume in-person/hybrid teaching on Wednesday, Oct. 14. We expect most classes to fully return to their original fall 2020 instructional modes by this date, with exceptions based on specific public health requirements and individual faculty requests, subject to department chair and dean approvals.

2021–22 Catalog Publication: Please submit workflow updates by Oct. 12

Spring 2021 Course Materials

Please identify required books and other course materials (or confirm that no materials are required) for your Spring 2021 classes by Monday, Nov. 9.

Reminder: Pass/Fail & Letter Grade Updates

As previously announced, the deadline for students to change a student-option class from letter grade to pass/fail (or vice versa) is now the tenth Friday of the semester. For Fall 2020, that date is Friday, Oct. 30 (prorated for special sessions).

Updated Fall 2020 Business Hours

As of Monday, Sept. 14, our updated front desk hours are Mondays and Thursdays only, 11 a.m.–4 p.m.

Fall 2020 Graduate Program Change & IUT Deadline

Sept. 9, 2020

The deadline to submit all Fall 2020 graduate program changes and intra-university transfers (IUTs) is Wednesday, Sept. 9. We will not process any fall program changes after that date.

No-Credit Option Removed from Student Self-Service

Under the new process, students wanting to take a class for no credit must first register for the class, then submit an OnBase form requesting a change to no credit. Existing processes for community and senior auditors are unaffected.
