Dear [first],

We are contacting you to provide clarification on a recent campuswide announcement regarding pass/fail (P/F) for Spring 2020.

In the interest of providing consistent campus updates around COVID-19, this message was sent to all enrolled students. However, as the P/F option is not available for Colorado Law courses, this update on P/F does not impact law students. We apologize for any confusion.

A reminder that all Colorado Law classes will be graded on a credit/no-credit (CR/NC) basis in Spring 2020. The CR grade is equivalent to a grade of "pass" in Colorado Law's current system. An NC grade will be assigned to those students not performing sufficiently, in the judgment of the instructor, to receive credit for the class. Please continue to refer to Colorado Law's grading policy for Spring 2020 for additional information.

Colorado Law students who have questions about CR/NC should check with their academic advisors or contact lawreg@colorado.edu.
