SPECS

Center for Soft PhotoElectroChemical Systems

SPECS investigates how we can use low-cost, highly scalable, durable polymer materials for energy conversion and storage technologies to help acheive the renewable energy goals of the United States by 2050.

Researchers in the community seek to understand the factors that control charge and matter transport processes that underping emerging energy conversion and energy storage technologies at polymer / electrolyte interfaces across spatiotemporal scales to guide durable soft material development and optimization.
