Former CU Psychology and Neuroscience graduate student and current Part-time Instructor in the department Vyga Kaufmann (PhD ‘09, Clinical) was chosen to give a TEDxBoulder talk at Macky Auditorium on the CU-Boulder campus this coming Saturday, September 19. Vyga will be speaking on behavioral approaches to sleep therapy and how seemingly benign behaviors can impact the overall quality of our sleep. TEDx talks are locally, independently organized events under the TED umbrella and feature speakers thought to be of interest to the local community.
