GUT-C! Summer Camp with Platteforum
In the summer of 2023 GUT-C! partnered with Denver based organization Platteforum to run a filmmaking camp through their 鈥淎rtLab鈥� internship program. Over the course of 8 weeks 3 GUT-C! students taught a class of 12 high school students how to make a short film from pre-production, to production, to editing.聽
ArtLab is composed of a series of intensive creative workshops with professional artists, where they work together, creating bodies of work exploring social issues relevant to their lives and communities.鈥嬧�婸latteForum鈥檚 ArtLab boasts a 12-year, 97% on-time graduation rate for their interns, significantly higher than Colorado鈥檚 rate of 80.7% (6th lowest in the county).
