Brianne Cohen is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Art & Art History at the 麻豆视频, where she teaches contemporary art history and visual culture. She is co-editor of the book听The Photofilmic: Entangled Images in Contemporary Art and Visual Culture听(Leuven University Press and Cornell University Press, 2016), arising from a 3-year interdisciplinary research project at the Universit茅 Catholique de Louvain and Lieven Gevaert Centre in Belgium. Her research focuses on art in the political-public sphere in 21^st-century Europe and Southeast Asia, with her current project delving into ecological violence, collective affect, and the creative documentation of changing landscapes in Cambodia, Vietnam, and Singapore.
