SAFETY ALERT: CUPD investigating unlawful sexual contact near Folsom Field

On Saturday, Oct. 5, 2019, at approximately 5:30 p.m., the CU Boulder Police Department (“CUPD”) was notified of an unlawful sexual contact incident that occurred a short time earlier outside of a gate on the north end of Folsom Field. The victim reported that two men approached her. Each man grabbed one of her arms and took her to a secluded area nearby. They touched her breasts and buttocks over her clothes before she was able to get away.

The suspects are described as:

  • White male, tall, possibly over 6 feet. He has a thin build with spiky hair that may have been highlighted. He was wearing a blue, short-sleeved t-shirt with white lettering across the chest.
  • Hispanic male, tall, possibly over 6 feet. He has a thin build with stubble on his face.
