Yifei Fan from Penn State visits the lab
On Tuesday, Oct. 3, 2023, Yifei Fan visited the Oceans and Climate Lab to share her latest work on sea surface temperature trends in the subpolar North Atlantic. Yifei is a graduate student of at , and has published detailed modeling studies on the physical mechanisms behind the warming hole (a.k.a. "cold blob") in the high latitude North Atlantic Ocean south of Greenland.
