The Â鶹ÊÓƵ has been working closely with our conference partners as well as the NCAA throughout the settlement negotiations in the pending antitrust cases. These are unprecedented times, and these decisions will have a seismic effect on the permanent landscape of collegiate athletics. While the settlement agreement is being finalized by the courts, which could take a significant amount of time, we will determine exactly how this will impact CU Athletics and, most importantly, our student-athletes.ÌýÌý
There are many questions that will be answered in the months to come, but every decision we make will be done transparently and in the best interest of our student-athletes. Ìý
