Kate Tallman is听Assistant Professor and Director of Rare & Distinctive Collections. She has worked in听the University Libraries Government Information collection听since 2012. Tallman's scholarly activities reside within the context of remarkable technological change and its impact听on government depository libraries, resources, and users. She听received her BA in Anthropology from Northern Illinois University, MA in Southeast Asian Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and MS in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.听
