Amy is a perceptive, visionary, and highly engaging executive and coach working with the world's most elite leaders and organizations.

Formerly Jim Collins’ chief of staff, author of Good to Great, she managed and conducted strategy and coaching sessions with CEOs from the Fortune 500, Inc. 5000, and leading social institutions in the world. Today, she continues that work and supports organizations who desire a thoughtful, calculated plan to achieve the impact they desire. She facilitates executive teams and groups, develops executive programs, designs and executes strategic plans, and provides comprehensive change management consulting.

Amy oversees the strategic direction of Disruption Advisors and provides executive leadership and performance coaching; consults on a range of issues (culture, organizational design, talent development, process and operational, strategic planning), provides expert facilitation, and management support to organizations focused on achieving greater impact. She develops strategies, processes, and retreats that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of foundations, nonprofits, associations, companies, and government agencies.

At White River Strategy, Amy sets the course for the organization and serves as a high level strategic advisor and executive coach for clients. Amy builds strategies, creates and supports growth and action plans, and empowers leaders and organizations in their efforts to find and sustain excellence.

She is a certified executive coach and utilizes the S Curve of Insightâ„¢, the LMAP 360 tool and the Enneagram as core tools for her coaching practice.
