John聽is the Knowledge Strategy Manager at , a multinational design consultancy. In this role, John creates and executes the global knowledge management strategy for the company, running programs to connect people, communicate, create processes, and refine tools to make our collective knowledge available when and where it is needed. His doctoral聽research focused on designing organizations to be effective at sharing knowledge across geographic and organizational boundaries. John鈥檚 work was a unique combination of business strategy, sociology, and communication applied to the engineering and construction industry. Currently, John lives with his wife and dog in Aurora, Colorado. In addition to working at Stantec, John helps run a family coffee roasting company (Jubilee Roasting Co.)聽and is an avid woodworker and mountain biker.
