Christopher is a consultant with where he specializes in providing business improvement and asset management consulting services for infrastructure projects in the United States and internationally. Christopher's comprehensive experience in asset management includes work in the highway, transit and aviation sectors, where he has helped agencies implement both enterprise and project-level asset management programs. He has worked on various components of the asset management spectrum including gap analysis, condition assessment, strategic alignment, and policy and procedural development. Christopher also has a broad knowledge on industry best practices and business process improvement requirements for the successful implementation of asset management information systems.
