Alex聽is currently continuing his professional military education (PME) at the聽聽in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. His research looked at post-disaster聽construction training programs聽in the Philippines following Typhoon Haiyan. Alex is a Major in the U.S. Army, serving in the the Corps of Engineers.
