Bio
My research interests include the transport and fate of sediment and nutrients in estuaries, continental shelves, deltas, and wetlands; as well as coupled hydrodynamic-sediment transport-biogeochemistry models and the development of numerical modeling approaches.
I also lead the Coastal Oceanography Modeling Group. For more about me, see an interview I did with INSTAAR news: "Meet Julia Moriarty."
