We all know we should be getting exercise, eating well, and sleeping consistently, but sometimes life gets in the way. To help you with your motivation you must get clear on your mindset first. In this interactive workshop you will identify your mission and learn goal setting tools so that you can become loyal to what actually makes you feel better. Since there are so many ways to get healthy, we’ll brainstorm together multiple options for how to incorporate healthy practices and how you can overcome resistance when life throws you a curve ball.Â
