- Graduate Student Appointments:ÌýIn order to meet tuition remission credit on first billing, August 15th, please submit your grad student spreadsheets to the HRSC by end of business August 9th, 2019.
Ìý August 15th
- Appointments: The HRSC deadline for appointments with payments beginning in August is 8/15/19. As a reminder for faculty, OFA deadline is August 15th. For tenure and tenure track faculty please provide documentation as soon as possible.
Faculty Election Forms:ÌýThank you for your participation in this year’s faculty contract election process. For the faculty members who have not yet elected their payment choice, we still have time to manually enter these contracts. Please use the Faculty Contract ElectionÌýform and return to hrsc@colorado.edu no later than August 15th, 2019.

- Leave Certification:ÌýPlease review the Employee Services communication regarding . As a reminder to supervisors, you will need to approve the employee’s request for certification
