Joe serves as the senior director of Health and Wellness Services. In this role, he oversees areas related to Operations and Compliance for the division, including compliance and risk management, clinical informatics, health information management, project management and environmental services. Joe also oversees the director of Disability Services and the Student Testing Center. Before starting his role as senior director, Joe served as an access coordinator and director for Disability Services.  

Joe holds a bachelor’s degree in history and a master’s degree in rehabilitation counseling. He is currently a certified rehabilitation counselor and is working towards an MBA from CU Denver with a specialization in management. 

In his free time, Joe enjoys snowboarding, golfing, traveling and volunteering as a youth basketball coach.
