Incomplete Agreement for GSLL (DocuSign powerform).

• Make sure the student's听situtation meets the criteria on Incomplete Agreement.
• Instructor should Initiate powerform, fill out form and sign. No need to upload supporting documents.
• Deadline can be no more than one year from end of current semester (semester is which student is enrolled in course). If Incomplete is not finished within one year, grade of incomplete will automatically convert to an 鈥淔鈥�.
• Once instructor signs, form will route to student for signature, then to department chair.听 GSLL Program Assistant will receive a copy of signed form.
