Ryan is a 2nd year Ph.D. candidateÌýin Organizational Behavior from Cheyenne, WY. His scope of academic research focuses on mental health in the workplace, specifically regarding turnover and teams. Ryan serves on the Rules and Finance Committee and previously obtained his MBA at the Leeds School of Business in 2016.
