Angela Cunningham (PhD 2019) was been named one of 15 . Angela is currently affiliated with University of Luxembourg. As part of her Fellow status, she will attend a TRELIS (Training and Retaining Leaders in STEM-Geospatial Sciences) is an NSF-funded project with a leadership team from 7 universities and organizations including CU-Boulder (Babs Buttenfield) and UCGIS (University Consortium for Geographic Information Science). The TRELIS program builds leadership capacity and skills to address career development, communication, conflict resolution, and work-life integration. The name implies a human capital trellis or scaffold of support, embracing the reality of nonlinear career trajectories in STEM and geospatial science.
