Dec. 7, 2018: It is almost time for construction to begin! Construction site fencing goes up Dec. 21, with work commencing soon after. Relocation of underground utilities will occur over winter break. Pleasant Drive and Sewall Field to the north of the construction site will be closed throughout the project for staging, beginning Dec. 21.

  • Sewall Field will remain closed throughout the Ramaley project for construction staging.
  • The portion of Pleasant Drive between the Ramaley construction site and Sewall Field will also remain closed throughout the project. The main pedestrian detour will route pedestrians along the east, north and west sides of Sewall Field.
  • Construction noise could at times impact nearby building users.
