Facilities Management is responsible for the overall physical development and maintenance of the campus. The mission of the department is to provide a safe physical environment that promotes the advancement and transfer of knowledge.

The OCC is staffed 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

 

Mail, Package and Distribution Services

Our Distribution Center staff fills and delivers liquid nitrogen dewars, and processes mail, packages, and freight. If you have a special request please contact the Distribution Center at the following numbers to make arrangements:

Moving and Hauling

Our crew at the Distribution Center is experienced in moving offices and labs. Free estimates are available. We schedule on a first-come, first served basis. The crew that handles moves also does pick-up of disposal items and delivers furniture.

Nominate an individual Facman team member for a Star Award

Nominate an individual employee within the Infrastructure & Resilience department for a Star Award to recognize outstanding individual efforts. Staff are nominated by coworkers and supervisors, and winners are selected by an Employee Recognition Committee.

 

Nominate a FacMan team for a Constellation Award

Nominate a team within Infrastructure & Resilience for a Constellation Award to recognize outstanding team efforts.  Shops/Units/Teams/Cross-divisional units are nominated by coworkers and supervisors, and each month, one winning team is selected by the Employee Recognition Committee. The winning team is awarded a team meal or other fun team building activity.
