Avril was an undergraduate student at the Â鶹ÊÓƵ, majoring in biomedical engineering and minoring in electrical engineering and space. She has a passion for helping others and plans to do so by understanding the body’s complex functions on Earth and in a microgravity environment. She wishes to make an impact in the fields of epidemiology, medical implants, tissue engineering, and bioastronautics.
