Student's design selected by Harlem Community Board
Congratulations to ENVD student Ben Pesso for being selected to continue his studio work with Mary Mattingly, the CU Art Museum’s artist-in-residence, on a project in New York City.
Last fall, students in Instructor Seth Wilberding’s landscape architecture studio designed a food forest located on a barge in Harlem. This project was inspired by Mattingly’s design, .
The designs were then presented to the Harlem Community Board, where they chose Pesso’s design. Pesso will continue to work with Mattingly and Wilberding to move the project forward.
