Overview

, a non-profit scholarly book publisher supported by CU and eight other universities, is looking for an administrative intern to assist with accounting, budgeting, database maintenance/development, fundraising, and other management and finance tasks. The internship will provide insight into and experience that could easily be applied in other business or nonprofit settings.ÌýResponsibilities vary but can include research, filing, database entry, letter/email writing, completing accounting and budgeting spreadsheets, creating materials for the press Board of Trustees, meeting participation, and other tasks as needed.

Ideal candidates for these positions will be organized and efficient, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have experience with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
