The faculty development & recruitment specialist reports to the associate dean for faculty advancement and directs the programs that support faculty professionals across career stages (early, mid, late) and in their core missions. In addition, this position acts as the college liaison with the Office of Faculty Affairs regarding submission and processing of comprehensive review, promotion, and tenure dossiers.
