Talk to TIME's Kid of the Year: Gitanjali Rao

March 6 | 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. I

Gitanjali Rao听is a 15-year-old from Colorado who was honored as TIME magazine's first-ever听 for her scientific inventions and desire to inspire other people her age to solve real-world problems. She'll be speaking to the CU Boulder community as part of the third annual Womxn of Color in STEM (virtual) brunch on Saturday.

This event is free and open to all who wish to attend, regardless of identities.

In Case You Missed It: CU updates registration dates, modifies grade replacement policy

The university announced Monday that registration dates for fall have been postponed to give faculty and staff more time to prepare for an increase in in-person classes.

And in case you missed it, courses taken in spring 2020, summer 2020, fall 2020, spring 2021 and summer 2021 will be eligible for later grade replacement without counting toward the credit hour limit, the campus announced last week.

Apply to serve on the Engineering Council

Are you interested in leadership and want to improve the College of Engineering and Applied Science? Apply to be a director for the 2021-22 academic year in the University of Colorado Engineering Council. The听council acts as the students' voice to administration. They also plan and execute annual events like E-Week and Engineering Immersion. The council听funds and supports engineering student organizations. Join the team!听

The annual HackCU event will be held virtually March 6-7 with lots of opportunities to meet and work with new people.听HackCU 007 is for all students regardless of听experience or major. There are听amazing sponsors听looking to meet and recruit you, a variety of workshops for students of all levels, fun side events, four tracks to participate in and lots of prizes!
