As part of HOLA’s mission to develop a community for Hispanic/Latinx employees at Microsoft to be their authentic selves and achieve their full potential, Microsoft has partnered with the Â鶹ÊÓƵ. In order to keep pushing for progress, we must go beyond diversity & inclusion and focus on building long-lasting relations and instilling belonging to our young adults. HOLA wants to create a world where historically underrepresented groups feel like they belong at work, in technology, and in our complex world.

They will share inspiring stories about D&I community at Microsoft, a day in the life at the company, and all the incredible impact that they execute. Please come prepared to ask questions and share your ideas. Bring all your enthusiasm!
