• Student Grants: Assistantships (up to $2,000) - provide funding to students to partner with a faculty mentor to help on an existing project
• Individual Grants (up to $3,000) - allow students to take ownership of part or all of a project with an original proposal

Meet with a current engineering student to learn a new organizational tool or learning strategy! CU Engineering peer academic coaches are trained by the Academic Success Team to help you explore effective learning and priority management strategies.

BSI Scholars Program is a funding and professional development program for current CU Boulder undergraduates. Eligible students conducting STEM research are paid to work in a laboratory on the CU Boulder or CU Denver Anschutz Medical Campus. Students also attend seminars to enhance the research experience and summarize their findings through a presentation at the end of the term.听

Students must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident enrolled at CU Engineering and with interest in smart cabins, reduced crew operations, aviation sustainability, digital airline operations, and unmanned aerial vehicle operations. This team of current undergraduate researchers can meet with prospective students one-on-one to offer advice and support on the benefits of getting involved with research, how to get started, as well as share information on the various research opportunities CU has to offer. Looking for participants for research designed to understand engineering, science, and math major鈥檚 reactions to typical classroom experiences. This study takes place online, is approximately 65 minutes, and you will receive a $25 Amazon gift card for your participation. Recent world events, including the COVID-19 pandemic have emphasized the importance of understanding how people understand the nature of science and trustworthiness of scientific claims. As part of an effort to better understand students' ideas around this, researchers at CU have developed an anonymous survey to solicit ideas. This survey will close mid Feb. 2023 and students who complete the survey will have the option to enter into a drawing for one of five $20 e-gift cards.

Engineering interns can expect to utilize and adapt technology as a data tool for clinicians. This encompasses problem solving and optimizing technological tools. Projects may include incorporating motion capture technology into routine physical therapy, surgical evaluation, rehabilitation, or clinical decision making. Interns will be asked to give a final presentation of their work. In addition to these activities, interns will be offered opportunities to shadow various clinical professionals and attend relevant lectures.
