International Student and Scholar Services听is excited to announce the听are accepting applications听for the International Student Peer Mentor program. Applications are open through Sunday, April 30, at 11:59 p.m.

Benefits of being an International Student Peer Mentor:

Get paired with one or multiple incoming international students (mentees) this spring.
Communicate with assigned mentee(s) in order to help them adjust to CU and establish connections and relationships.

Mentor Qualifications:

Must have completed at least two semesters at CU Boulder by May 2023
Must be registered as a full-time student at CU Boulder for Fall 2023
Must have knowledge of services offered on campus in order to refer new students with questions
Must have the ability to relate well with a diverse group of people, and the ability to develop and promote intercultural understanding and global engagement.

Our Peer Mentee fall applications will be open from July 17-Aug. 18.

First-year undergrads: Get $20 by sharing your opinions

Strategic Relations and Communications is seeking first-year undergraduates to participate in an hour-long focus group being via Zoom throughout the week. We want to hear your opinions about CU Boulder鈥檚 academic resources. Participation is confidential, and all responses will be anonymous.

Graduating Senior Survey open through May 4

Undergraduate students graduating in May recently received the Graduating Senior Survey in their email. Please complete the Graduating Senior Survey by Thursday, May 4.

We value your feedback, and we use this information to inform our continuous improvement efforts in the College. This feedback is also important and helpful for our upcoming ABET accreditation. When you take this survey you will automatically be entered to win one of several prizes, including CU grad gifts and one of several Amazon gift cards.

The BOLD Center is hiring ASEN and MCEN tutors

BOLD Tutoring Services provides academic support for all students of the College of Engineering and Applied Science. Join our team to help your peers achieve their dreams! We offer in-person and hybrid work.

Interested students will need to commit to at least two semesters for the position (i.e., fall and spring). There are two types of tutoring positions: BOLD tutor and BOLD lead tutor. Our offices are located in ECCE 122 and in the Aerospace Building Room 210. In-person ASEN tutors will be assigned to the East Campus location, while virtual tutors will conduct sessions over Zoom.

MiTek is a platform innovator and enabler that exists to transform the building industry with better building solutions. During our 12-week summer internship program, interns will have the opportunity to work on one or more dedicated projects, uniquely designed to provide valuable experience in a technology role and make an impact for the organization.

Given and Associates is a professional mechanical and electrical engineering firm that services both private and public clients. Apply for an entry-level position as an electrical and mechanical designer. Applicants ideally have a BS in architectural engineering, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering, as well as their听EIT certification.

The Laboratory for Atmospheric and Space Physics (LASP) is looking for engineer interns to join a deep space mission that will tour the inner solar system and explore the asteroid belt. Below are the links to the three specific job postings. Launch is expected in early 2028.听
