Ball Corporation, headquartered in Broomfield, is the world's largest supplier of infinitely recyclable beverage cans and a leading producer of food and aerosol cans. John joined Ball Corporation in 1999 and took the helm as president and chief executive officer in January 2011. In his time with Ball, Hayes has served as president and chief operating officer, executive vice president, and president of Ball Packaging Europe. He also held positions in corporate planning and development, corporate strategy, marketing and new product development.
