You can also pursue a number of CU-taught global seminars, including four designed exclusively for engineering students:
- Ìý(Rome, Italy). No prerequisites. Earn upper-division H&SS credit.
- Ìý(Vienna, Austria). No prerequisites. Earn upper-division H&SS credit.
- Ìý(Xi’ian, China). No prerequisites. Earn upper-division H&SS credit.
- Ìý(Paris, France). Prerequisites: CVEN 3525 or MCEN 2063 or ASEN 3112.
Don’t have much time to be abroad? Enroll in a global intensive this spring where you’ll take a semester course taught at CU followed by a 10-12 day trip abroad right after finals. Engineering Global Intensives for spring 2019 include:
- (Kampala, Uganda). No prerequisites. Engineering LeadershipÌýClass credit. This is an optional one-credit extension of COEN3050.
- (Lecco, Italy). This is an optional one-credit extension of AREN4110, HVAC System Design. AREN4110 is a required prerequisite.
- Ìý(Copenhagen, Denmark & Amsterdam, Netherlands). Perquisites: PHYS1110 & APPM1350
Need help paying for study abroad?
AsÌýa CU student, nearly all of your scholarships and will follow you abroad, and CU exchange programs cost approximately the same as CU resident tuition. Additionally, the Education Abroad Office and the Engineering International Programs Office offer thousands of dollars in each year.
