Celebrating Black History Month
In February, we celebrate Black History Month and recognize the cultural history, triumphs and adversities that are deeply rooted in our country's history. We seek to bring awareness about the many contributions of our Black and African American community members in our college and to the fields of engineering.

Timely Reminders
Staff Performance Management: Coaching Reminder
As part of CU Boulder Performance Management, it is time to begin coaching with your employee(s). There are three parts to performance management: planning, coaching, and evaluation. To be an effective supervisor, engaging with your staff mid-way through the performance cycle is an ideal time to clarify goals and expectations. Coaching enables open and honest conversation to take place between you and your employees; this encourages transparency and open lines of communication.
For university staff, we recommend you conduct at least one coaching session.
University Staff Performance Management Coaching Guidance
For classified staff, a coaching session is mandatory for all classified employees.
