Shayna's professional experience includes positions聽at NASA Goddard, Lockheed Martin, and the Aerospace Corporation. Shayna is a PhD candidate studying entry, descent, and landing on Mars. She earned聽an MS in Aerospace Engineering and an ME聽in Engineering Management in 2020.聽Sheayna is currently聽a PhD candidate studying entry, descent, and landing on Mars and聽 an NSF/GRFP fellow at CU Boulder, and聽an active聽alumni of the Matthew Isakowitz fellowship program.

My desire to lead in space.
Why did you choose the Engineering Management Program at CU Boulder?
I was already studying at CU Bouler and thrilled to find the Engineering Management program.
How did the program help you in your career?
It's helping me to lead a team of engineers.
