Biography
As Senior Vice President, Michael is responsible for leading and managing Coley’s Government Services division by overseeing the delivery of innovative solutions that exceed customers' expectations on schedule and under budget.
Michael's career includes more than 25 years of varied program/project management, software development, training technologies and product management experience with industry leaders, such as Southwest Research Institute, IBM, Rare Medium, ICx Technologies and GlobalSCAPE. He has held roles as Principal Engineer, Program Manager and Director.
He has successfully managed programs with geographically dispersed, multi-disciplinary teams for both government and commercial clients. Michael has been certified by the as a Project Management Professional.
Michael received his BSÂ in Computer Engineering, cum laude, from the University of California, San Diego, and MEÂ in Engineering Management from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
