Research interests:ÌýMaterials andÌýmetrology for superconducting quantum computing

Corey Rae McRae is a research assistant professor at the Â鶹ÊÓƵ and a project leader at the National Institute of Standards and Technology Boulder in the Quantum Sensing group. She received her PhDÌýin 2018 on the fabrication and characterization of indium thin films for superconducting quantum computing from the University of Waterloo, Canada. Her research focuses on the identification and characterization of low-loss materials systems for superconducting quantum computing, as well as accurate and reproducible measurement of superconducting quantum devices. McRae is a member of the international Superconducting Quantum Materials and Systems CenterÌýand sits on the advisory board for CU's Quantum Engineering Initiative.
