Sneak preview of the updated campus signature authority policy
Later this month, campus leaders will announce updates to our Signature Authority Policy, effective for FY25. The new policy clarifies who can enter into/sign off on contracts or agreements with CU Boulder; when legal and/or business review is required; and whether the signature authority can be delegated to others.
