Would you like to view projects ending in a selected time period with the added feature of budget balance? The new m-Fin Project Ending Status report can help.

This new report is a combination of the historical ending projects report, the deficit report and the underspent report from the PeopleSoft 8.4 era.听The report is located in the Project Reports folder of the CU-Data system.

In this report, users are able to:

• Enter a range of project end dates, including earliest date or latest date
• Enter a specific award code
• Select a project accountant, project fiscal manager听and/or project principal

The report lists any ending or ended projects from the date range chosen or all the projects associated with the specified award code. It will highlight the budget remaining amount if the project is overspent or the budget used percentage if the project is underspent.
