Join us for a powerful two-film feature about the endurance, strength and resilience of the Modoc peoples. We will feature the documentary, 鈥溾€� followed by the short film 鈥�.鈥� Our very own Joseph Dupris (Modoc; Visiting Assistant Professor in Linguistics and Ethnic Studies) helped translate, transcribe and coached on set in Maqlaqsyals language.

After the viewing, the audience is encouraged to engage in a Q&A with Joe Dupris and the director and producer Roman Zaragoza and Michael O鈥橪eary of 鈥淭his is Their Land.鈥� Light reception with appetizers to follow.
