Graduate students from the Â鶹ÊÓƵ will be hosting a of their short, narrative documentaries at the Boulder Public Library on Wednesday, April 27, 2016. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and the screening will begin at 6Ìýp.m.
The event will debut films created by graduate students in the journalism and media studies programs at CUÂBoulder. Each film, composed of original content, aims to explore a character or concept in the real world.
The films were composed during the 2016 spring semester in a graduate level documentary course offered by visiting professor, Ross Taylor.
During the course, students learned how to craft a narrative story using audio, video and other digital elements to create a final film running from three to six minutes in length. The films range from personal stories to international travels and explore the deeper elements of humanity.
