Pacifique Mugaruka Ntabaza has a background in Business Computing and Management and is passionate about evidence-based learning systems for program and policy development. He has over tenÌýyears of work experience spanning the humanitarian-development nexus, providing monitoring and evaluation (M&E), research and analysis services as a consultant as well as working as a staff member for international organizationsÌýincluding UNICEF, UNMAS and USAID-funded organizations. Pacifique has experience in both qualitative methods (interviews, focus groups, participant observation) and quantitative methods (statistical analysis & modelling, survey design, experiment design, data mining, programming, GIS & spatial analysis). He is proficient with using standard tools like R, mWater, QGIS, MS Office suite, and other office productivity software packages.
In his free time, Pacifique enjoys are long walks, readingÌýand exploring connections with people from completely different backgrounds.
