We are so excited to announce that CUChange Co-Director, Dr. Angela Bryan, has won the 2024 Hazel Barnes Prize.Ìý
Since 1992, the HazelÌýBarnesÌýPrize has been awarded each year to the CU Boulder faculty member who has most consistently demonstrated a strong, enriching relationship between his or her teaching and research, and whose work has had a significant impact on students, faculty, colleagues, and the University.Ìý
June Gruber helped lead the nomination process and shared the following comments: It was an absolute pleasure to nominate Angela Bryan for the HazelÌýBarnesÌýAward. Professor Bryan is a widely recognized as a leading social and health psychologist whose research addresses questions central to human health and well-being. Her impact on the field and university is unmatched when it comes to fostering scientific excellence, inclusive integrity, and a leadership role in mentoring and research initiatives.
