          1. Company that they are renting from has a weekend delivery fee ($400.00)

            2. Asking for a $407.06 increase for the delivery fee 

              1. Motion to increase SASA’s funding by $407.06 to fund the rental costs

              2. Motion to reallocate $326.51 to budget for their speakers (Like machines)

        1. Ideally at the end of the night we can have these two scenarios figured out and confirmed with board: 

          1. If Ronnie does say yes, great! We move forward with that. What is the other event that the board wants to move forward for later in the semester? (This might be dependent on what might be confirmed with DSB or PC).

          2. If Ronnie is a no go, who is the next person or two that the board wants to move forward on for Spring so we can send them an offer ASAP.

            1. Bottom line is that we need to have dates for our speaker finalized before winter break.
