A delegation of five high ranking professionals from water management agencies in Turkmenistan visited CADSWES on November 7 during their trip to the United States to exchange information about approaches to water resources management.  They described their water management challenges in a water-scarce climate and their transboundary agreements with neighboring countries, and they heard about various applications of RiverWare to address these issues described by Dr. Edith Zagona and Mitch Clement.

The visit was organized by the Department of State and the Boulder Council for International Visitors (BCIV). They were accompanied by 3 liaisons/interpreters and 2 members of BCIV.
