“Quantifying and Evaluating the Impacts of Cooperation in Transboundary River Basins on the Water-Energy-Food Nexus: The Blue Nile Basin,” was published in Science of the Total Environment, July 15, 2018. The Blue Nile flows from Lake Tana in Ethiopia to where it crosses the border into Sudan and joins the White Nile in Khartoum, running over 900 miles. Read the abstract.
