• Schedule your interview as soon as possible. 听Write down your interview time and make a calendar reminder to make sure you do not miss your interview.听
• Prior to your interview make sure to have a quiet space free from distractions.听
• Login five minutes early to do a technology check to ensure your microphone and camera work properly. 听听
• Review the materials sent with your interview confirmation email. Make sure you can commit to the summer bridge program July 7-26, 2024.听
• Think about why you're passionate about business and why you want to attend the Leeds School of Business. Consider some of your strengths and areas you want to improve as a student. 听
• While not required questions are welcome.听

• If I am denied from听the program听what does my admission decision change to?听
  • Your original acceptance decision to the Exploratory Studies Program will remain in place.
• What if I am no longer interested in business and want to change my major?听
  • We would recommend reaching听out to the Admissions Office to notify them about your change. If you happen to change your mind after being accepted as an EXCEL Scholar, we would appreciate notifying us as soon as possible.
• What should I expect from the interview process?听
  • We will ask multiple questions about your high school experience as a student, and about your specific interest for studying business.
• When do I hear back if I have been accepted or denied into the EXCEL Scholars Program?听
  • Usually, it takes up to two weeks to receive our final decision after you completed your interview.
• What are听EXCEL Summer Bridge听commitments听and expectations?听
  • We require students to attend the entire 3 weeks (living on-campus), fully participate during classes and events, willingness to connect and learn with other diverse students.听
• Is there a cost to听participate听in听the听EXCEL Summer Bridge?听
  • No cost, it鈥檚 FREE!
